Provide support to Project Managers during the estimation and planning phases. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending new technologies or system enhancements. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements. Solution Evaluation: Leverage deep expertise in both business and technology to recommend optimized solutions, drive solution design improvements, and ensure that selected solutions deliver long-term value and scalability. Mentorship: Mentor less experienced analysts, provide guidance on best practices and methodologies. All other tasks as assigned. Qualifications At least 4 years of experience in business analysis Possess IT background Advanced Business Analysis and Configuration Tools: Proficiency in more advanced tools and software for requirements management and documentation (e.g., Jira, Excel, Word, Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint). Undertake medium complexity configuration activities (RMT/Workbenches). Understanding of SDLC Methodologies: Comprehensive understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and DevOps, and the ability to adapt these methodologies to different project needs. Complex Requirements Management: Ability to handle complex and strategic requirements, including the use of sophisticated modeling and documentation techniques. Business Process Modeling: More advanced understanding of business process modeling techniques. Process Improvement: Deep understanding of process improvement methodologies. Analysis Integration: Experience with integrating business analysis practices with technology solutions. Problem Solving Skills: Expert innovative problem-solving skills. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide project teams.
