About The Role As a Senior IT Business Analyst at Snappymob, youll be the vital link between our business goals and the technical execution of software solutions. Youll collaborate closely with clients, designers, developers, and product owners to gather requirements, analyze problems, and support the delivery of impactful digital products. If you're detail-oriented, technically curious, and love solving real-world problems, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Work with internal teams and clients to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements. Translate requirements into clear user stories, wireframes, and process flows. Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure solutions are aligned with user needs and business goals. Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies. Review APIs, data structures, and system behavior to support smooth handovers and project flow. Conduct gap analysis and assist with UAT planning, test case validation, and user feedback. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What Would You Need? Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst within software or digital product environments. Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and software development lifecycles (SDLC). Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, or equivalents. Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Strong analytical and documentation skills. Excellent problem-solving with detail-oriented approach. Business process mapping and improvement expertise. Ability to identify and address business/operational needs. Previous experience in the financial services and fintech will be highly preferred. Why Join Us?
