JOB SUMMARY:

As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in transforming our Finance Technology landscape—partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, forward-thinking solutions that support our mission to create the Experience of a Lifetime for our guests and employees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in a business analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and change management processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) and eProcurement platforms (e.g., Coupa).
  • Experience supporting and optimizing Source-to-Pay (S2P) workflows.
  • Proficient in implementing punchout solutions, supporting cXML communication protocols, and API integrations.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Experience designing and testing system integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English.
Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As a strategic liaison between IT and Finance, you will:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance Technology projects, from requirements gathering to post-launch support.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, including system upgrades, enhancements, and production support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and configure systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards (e.g., SOX).
  • Write and execute SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
  • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding.
  • Work closely with vendors and internal teams to maintain and enhance integrations with PeopleSoft Financials, Coupa, and other internal and external platforms.
  • Develop and execute test scripts, ensuring thorough testing aligned with change management protocols.
  • Support application upgrades and ensure system integrity through rigorous testing and documentation.
