WHAT ARE YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE?

• Post-secondary degree in Business, Information Technology, or any equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Business System Analyst, or related role, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
• Experience with emerging technologies such as AI, process automation, and data-driven solutions; experience with both traditional Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, D365) is an asset
• Proficiency in process modeling tools such as Visio, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Prior experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
• Experience in supply chain is an asset
• CBAP is preferred; PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum certifications, are an asset
