We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain Financing Solutions team in Singapore. You will play a key role in supporting our client’s Supply Chain Finance system (Front & Back Office applications), driving global releases, and partnering with business and operations teams worldwide.

• Work with Product Managers & Operations teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Perform end-to-end business analysis: requirement validation, impact assessment, functional specifications, and workflow design
• Define and coordinate SIT, UAT, and NRT test plans, ensuring test coverage, scenario design, and stakeholder sign-off
• Support production by analyzing defects, proposing solutions, and ensuring timely resolution
• Document and review user manuals, release notes, and ensure smooth handover to end users
• Participate in design reviews to ensure scalable, high-performing, and secure IT solutions
• Ensure compliance with IT architecture, security, and APAC standards while delivering business value
