Job Description
We are seeking a business application support specialist to manage the M365 landscape.
The person with this role will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the M365 environment, including SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform.
The role requires someone that is experienced in IT support and able to manage a variety of requests for support, from basic first-line support to complex integrations with 3rd party applications.
As the project is still in the design phase, the number of users and support requests are expected to continue to grow with the project. Therefore, leadership skills and collaboration are necessary to succeed in this role as the IT Support team expands.
This role is also expected to support with the development of PowerApps and Power Automate, working with the IT projects department to scope, build and manage PowerApps and Power Automations for a variety of workstreams.

KNOWLEDGE BASE

  • Develop a knowledge base for M365 support using existing guidance provided by Microsoft and create material where customisations render existing support materials redundant.

EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years of experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience delivering IT Support (essential)
  • Proficient in integrating third-party applications using Microsoft Graph API.
  • Experienced with M365, including, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experienced with PowerShell and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
  • Experienced with process automation and improvement.
  • Experienced configuring Microsoft Enterprise SSO for third party applications.

SKILLS

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.

FORMAL EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Level 8 degree (or equivalent) in relevant subject area e.g., engineering, computer science preferred
  • Level 9 Masters in relevant field would be advantageous (or equivalent masters)
