We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Warsaw. Location: Warsaw, Konstruktorska Street Work Model: Hybrid (2 days/week in office) Type: Full-time Manager: Raul Gabriel Cretu Key Responsibilities: Business Partnership Act as a strategic IT partner to Poland’s Presidents and Sales Directors. Align digital needs with business goals and ensure mutual understanding. Establish regular IT reviews and effective communication channels (e.g., OpenLine, articles, one-pagers). Support Schneider’s technology leadership visibility and customer engagement. Digital Leadership Lead and grow IT operations, especially country-level business partnerships. Own and manage zone budgets, targets, and actuals. Represent the Poland/CEE territory as a digital transformation leader. Transformation & Project Management Drive digital transformation initiatives, including Unify and Best-of-Breed applications. Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery in a steerco mode. Provide training and support to front-office teams for smooth adoption of digital tools. Operations & Services Ensure excellent employee experience through IT services (PC delivery, support). Maintain visibility on infrastructure, cost, and performance; drive improvements. Manage application landscape and tech debt in alignment with transformation plans. Innovation & Compliance Stay current with digital trends and propose innovative solutions. Ensure compliance with European IT regulations (e.g., GDPR). Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years in IT, preferably in innovation or transformation roles. Projects: Led at least 3 successful IT implementations. Budget: Proven experience in managing digital initiative budgets. Efficiency: Demonstrated process improvement (e.g., 30% efficiency gain). Technical: Strong ERP and business process knowledge; MS Office proficiency; understanding of application lifecycle and IT legal obligations. Profile Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic and analytical thinker with a pragmatic approach. Experience in coordinating resources and leading mid-sized teams. Advanced English required. What we offer?
