Description Senior IT Buyer / Procurement Manager Overview: The Senior IT Buyer / Procurement Manager will lead sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management activities for IT hardware, both new and refurbished. This position plays a key role in ensuring cost-effective purchasing, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting internal and external customer hardware needs. Key Responsibilities: Oversee procurement of IT hardware for resale and refurbishment programs. Negotiate pricing and contracts to achieve cost savings and quality standards. Develop and maintain supplier relationships; conduct regular performance evaluations. Manage purchase orders, order processing, and demand forecasts. Support strategic initiatives related to inventory management, logistics, and supplier development. Provide leadership and guidance to the procurement team on IT hardware best practices. Stay current on technology and market trends to inform sourcing decisions. #EES25 Requirements Qualifications: 5+ years in procurement or supply chain management (preferably IT hardware). 2+ years of supplier management and contract negotiation experience. Proven experience managing IT hardware, refurbished, and service part procurement. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
