This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior IT Development Manager - NBS in the United States. This role is a unique opportunity to lead multiple engineering teams in delivering innovative, large-scale software solutions with a focus on AI adoption, automation, and efficiency improvements. You will partner closely with product, design, and business leaders to define roadmaps, set technical direction, and accelerate delivery. The position requires a balance of strong leadership skills and technical expertise, as well as the ability to inspire high-performing teams in a hybrid environment. Accountabilities · Lead, mentor, and grow several development teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. · Attract and retain top talent, support career development, and ensure effective succession planning. · Partner with product and business leaders to define and execute on the technical roadmap, aligning initiatives with strategic goals. · Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools, automation frameworks, and DevOps practices to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-market. · Provide architectural and technical oversight to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality systems. · Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects within budget and timelines. · Promote engineering quality through automated testing, code reviews, and AI-assisted development. · Implement agile and DevOps best practices while monitoring key performance metrics to drive operational excellence. · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). · 5–10 years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing multiple teams. · Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade software or large-scale systems. · Demonstrated experience leading AI, automation, or efficiency-focused initiatives. · Strong technical expertise in modern software development languages, frameworks, and cloud platforms. · Deep knowledge of AI/ML, process automation, and DevOps practices. · Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to balance strategic vision and hands-on execution. · Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship. · Competitive salary in the range of $160,000–$170,000 annually, depending on experience. · Hybrid work model allowing flexibility to work remotely part of the week. · Comprehensive health benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage. · Health savings accounts (HSA), flexible spending accounts (FSA), and life insurance. · Generous paid time off and holidays. · 401(k) plan with company contributions and student loan repayment support. · Tuition reimbursement and opportunities for professional development. · Employee stock purchase program, incentive pay, and wellness initiatives. · Short- and long-term disability coverage, employee assistance programs, and more.
