Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior IT Engineer to manage our local IT infrastructure and deliver premier IT support to our senior executives (VIPs). This is primarily a hands-on technical role. You will ensure the stability of the local office network, provide dedicated support for executive operations, and ensure high-profile meetings run flawlessly. Additionally, you will act as a local IT liaison, helping to gather basic IT requirements from local departments and promoting IT digital tools within the office. The ideal candidate has strong technical troubleshooting skills in networking and workplace technologies, paired with excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact comfortably with business leaders. 1. Local Network Operations & Infrastructure Network Infrastructure Maintenance: Troubleshoot and maintain the local office LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks to ensure maximum uptime. Hardware Administration: Configure (CCNA-level), install, and manage local switches, routers, and Access Points (APs). Maintain an organized IT server room.. 2. Executive/VIP IT Support VIP Support: Provide dedicated, top-tier technical support for senior executives and VIP guests, ensuring their laptops, mobile devices, VPNs, and software run flawlessly. High-Profile Event Support: Manage the technical setup, testing, and live standby support for critical executive meetings, board presentations, and town halls. 3. Local IT Liaison & Demand Support Department Liaison: Act as the local IT window to capture department feedbacks, analyze operational requirements, and translate them into actionable IT solutions. IT Tool Promotion: Help introduce and promote global IT products, digital collaboration tools, and security awareness campaigns to local users to improve adoption. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT onsite support, with a proven track record in VIP/Executive hands-on support and local network troubleshooting in a multinational corporation (MNC). Network Competency: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise Wi-Fi. Practical experience troubleshooting Cisco, Aruba devices. CCNA certification is highly preferred. Windows Proficient in rapid OS reinstallation and mass deployment using WDS (Windows Deployment Services), MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit), Competence in Python, RPA, Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI), or familiarity with enterprise GenAI/AI tools is highly preferred Excellent Communication: Strong active listening skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical executives clearly and politely.
