Are you an all-around SAP development expert and want to explore the intersection of SAP and cloud technologies?
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Senior SAP Software Engineer to be the go-to person in our SAP Governance and Enablement team regarding development standards and custom code life-cycle management by demonstrating cloud-native tooling and automation.

• Define and maintain SAP Development and Extension Guidelines in collaboration with the engineering community.
• Own the SAP Change Management process, ensuring all code undergoes automated quality checks and tests before deployment.
• Collaborate with internal product teams to identify and implement key features in the SAP Technology Platform to meet business needs.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP development technologies and assess how they can be integrated into the organization’s technology ecosystem.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to ensure alignment to development principles of scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Conduct regular code reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
• Champion innovation by exploring emerging tools and methodologies in SAP development and integration.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on SAP development technologies, supporting teams in resolving complex technical challenges.
