Responsibilities
Supporting approx. 70 users across two sites, dealing with a range of issues from 1st line through to 3rd line
Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware, ranging from PCs\laptops to network equipment such as routers, access points and switches and server hardware
Involvement in the planning and implementation of various upcoming projects
There will be occasional travel to our other site in Corby and Ireland, with potential overnight stays, required
