JOB DESCRIPTION – SENIOR IT ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS ENGINEER

Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)
Division: Ticketmaster International – International IT
Contract Terms: Fixed Term Contract (6 months), 40 hours per week

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (OR TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • In-depth experience with Microsoft 365 in multi-region enterprise environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 services including Intune, Autopilot, Exchange, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with identity management, SSO, RBAC, JIT, and Least Privilege access principles.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR, and CIS.
  • Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems.
  • Scripting and automation knowledge (Graph API, PowerShell) beneficial.
  • Holds advanced professional certifications in Microsoft 365 technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Fulfil the role of Subject Matter Expert (SME) for core Microsoft technologies, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Secure corporate systems from unauthorised access, maintaining regulatory compliance including auditing and logging.
  • Identify, report, and remediate security vulnerabilities and issues.
  • Oversee deployment of security patches, software updates, and endpoint configurations.
  • Conduct systems and data integrations for business acquisitions, joint ventures, and startups.
  • Solve complex and time-sensitive problems and implement lasting improvements.
  • Curate documentation and follow structured change control practices.
  • Maintain secure, reliable system states across supported infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with international IT teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency.
  • Participate in related project work and offer cross-functional support.
