Position: Senior IT Helpdesk (Bi-Lingual French/English)
Location: Hybrid, 4 weeks in office, 2 weeks remote
Structure: Contract 12 months to start
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 p/h inc.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to operate on a rotating roster

  • 4 weeks in-office (8h 16h30).
  • 2 weeks remote (early 7h 15h or late 12h 20h).
  • 5+ years of IT Support Experience
  • Knowledge of personal computer operations and relevant software
  • Knowledge of iOS mobile devices
  • Network operations and management skills
  • Knowledge of service desk practices and techniques
  • Working knowledge of audiovisual equipment in conference rooms
