This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure across the Microsoft ecosystem while ensuring operational efficiency, security, and compliance. The ideal candidate will also act as a key escalation point for Level 2 support and contribute to global collaboration. Key responsibilities: Microsoft Ecosystem Management Design, implement, and administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure Cloud. Manage Microsoft billing and monitor MS Partner benefits. Endpoint & Security Management Oversee and optimize Endpoint Security and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions. Ensure compliance with security frameworks: ISO 27001, SOC-2, HIPAA. IT Operations & Support Provide Level 2 support, coordinating with the Helpdesk team on escalated issues. Support multi-platform environments: Windows, macOS, Linux. Manage IT operations tasks following ITIL practices (Incident, Problem, Change Management). Documentation & Compliance Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational guidelines. Ensure alignment with internal policies and international compliance standards. Qualifications Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Operations, with at least 2 years working with Microsoft technologies. Strong knowledge of: - Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Azure AD, Office 365, Azure Cloud. - Endpoint Security and DLP solutions. - Cross-platform OS administration (Windows, macOS, Linux). Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC-2, HIPAA, ITIL frameworks. Experience in basic scripting languages: Bash/Shell, PowerShell, and Python. Strong documentation skills with attention to detail. English communication skills sufficient to collaborate as a Global company. Nice to Have: Relevant certifications such as: Microsoft Certified (AZ-104, SC-300, MS-102), ITIL Foundation, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, CompTIA Security+. Experience working in enterprise-scale environments or organizations with international compliance requirements.
