What you will work on with us

• You will be technically responsible for the IT infrastructure at our Berlin, Frankfurt & Hamburg locations and will further develop it.
• You plan and manage infrastructure projects independently and enforce uniform technical standards.
• You are responsible for the cross-site platform landscape (including Microsoft Entra and
• Google Workspace) including architecture, licensing and access standards.
• You implement IT security policies and governance standards, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (healthcare).
• You are the technical contact person for infrastructure issues, you create decision-making documents for management and executives, and you collaborate with external service providers.
• You design and manage the cross-site Mobile Device Management (MDM) system.
• You ensure consistent technical documentation.
• You take a hands-on approach to complex projects and critical incidents.

What you bring

• Several years of experience as a system administrator, IT specialist in system integration, IT systems electronics technician, or similar.
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
• Knowledge in the areas of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
• Ability to create scripts in Shell, Python, Perl and/or other languages
• Familiarity with different operating systems and platforms
• Excellent German skills, solid English skills
