Senior IT Manager

Key requirements for the role:

  • Degree in Computer Engineering/Science or Information Technology-related course.
  • At least 10 years’ of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Functional role: Solution Architect for Workplace and End User Computing Technology
  • A key member of the Client Services team. Lead a team of technical specialists to design, manage and support the Workplace Technology and End User Computing environment.
  • Champion innovation with the use of collaboration technology in company’s business for end users with focus on AI and user-enablement technologies.
  • Ensure the compliance of EUC technology and processes to Company’s IT policies and standards.
  • Manage a team of 5 managers.
  • Preferably mandarin speaking as will need to work with IT counterparts in China
  • Strong communication skills and good command of English
  • Preferably with experience in contract negotiations with vendors at global scale

Technical Skills:
o In-depth technical experience in supporting Microsoft M365, particularly, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Email authentication protocol (SPF/DKIM/DMARC).
o Familiarity in End Point Management with Workspace One MDM, coupled with solid experience in Windows 10/11, mobile device enrollment, and security policy management.
o Acquainted with MS Entra IAM, Modern authentication, SSO and MFA.
Knowledge in Crestron and CISCO AV technologies will be an added advantage
