This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior IT Manager in United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale IT operations across a dynamic, hybrid work environment. You will manage a small, high-performing IT team while ensuring seamless support, system reliability, and security across multiple platforms. The position requires hands-on involvement in IT service management, automation, and process optimization, with direct collaboration across operational, clinical, and technical teams. You will play a pivotal role in supporting organizational growth by implementing IT tools, workflows, and infrastructure for new locations. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of people management, technical expertise, and strategic planning. Your work will directly impact the end-user experience and overall operational efficiency. \n Accountabilities: Lead and mentor a small IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, support, and professional growth. Oversee day-to-day IT operations across hybrid environments (Mac, Windows, Chromebook), ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to SLAs. Serve as the primary internal IT point of contact, building strong relationships across clinical, operational, and technical teams. Manage selection, implementation, and rollout of ITSM, collaboration tools, and automation workflows. Partner with Information Security to operationalize policies, compliance initiatives, and security best practices. Support IT setup and scaling for new office or clinical site openings, including equipment, networking, and cross-functional coordination. Develop and optimize IT processes for efficiency, automation, vendor management, and integrated ticketing. Act as a technical backup when needed to maintain continuity of service. Requirements: 5+ years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role. Proven ability to manage IT operations across hybrid, multi-platform environments. Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Meraki, and ITSM platforms. Experience collaborating with Information Security on policy implementation, audits, and compliance initiatives. Strong project management skills for cross-functional initiatives from discovery to execution. Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to troubleshoot, backfill technical tasks, and lead strategic IT initiatives simultaneously. Bonus: Experience in healthcare or regulated environments, knowledge of HIPAA/SOC 2/HITRUST, Apple device management (Kandji), ITIL best practices, and identity management tools (Okta, Google SSO). Benefits: Base salary: $170,000 - $180,000 per year, with performance bonus potential and equity/incentive programs. Comprehensive health benefits: medical, dental, and vision coverage.
