THE BASE SALARY RANGE IS APPLICABLE ACROSS THE UNITED STATES, EXCLUDING PUERTO RICO AND SPECIFIC LOCATIONS IN CALIFORNIA. THE OFFERED RATE COMPLIES WITH FEDERAL AND LOCAL REGULATIONS AND MAY VARY BASED ON FACTORS SUCH AS EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION/EDUCATION, MARKET CONDITIONS, AND LOCATION. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INFORMATION PERTAINS SOLELY TO CANDIDATES HIRED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES (LOCAL MARKET COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS WILL APPLY FOR OTHERS).

Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of highly skilled learning professionals.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of technical training programs and upskilling initiatives for the Global IT workforce, ensuring alignment with enterprise technology goals. Accountable for program leadership and program success.
  • Identify current and future skill gaps and develop scalable, role-based learning programs tailored to a diverse Global IT workforce.
  • Oversee the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Signature Technical Learning and Development programs, including but not limited to: IT Manager Forum, IT Signature Talent Program – The IT Bootcamp, IT Sponsorship, IT Mentoring, Global IT New Hire Onboarding Program, XLT Learning & Development Series, Shark Tank, HITEC Partnership, Capstone Program with the Carlson School of Management, Technical Training Program and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to curate relevant content and ensure program effectiveness.
  • Create, maintain, and report on program success by liaising with key stakeholders and implementation resource groups to ensure alignment of priorities.
  • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, using data-driven insights to refine learning strategies and maximize impact.
  • Provide strategic consultation and guidance to the Early Career Advisory Board.
  • Champion digital accessibility across all learning platforms and content to ensure inclusive and equitable access.
  • Provide monthly metrics on program performance and offer leadership guidance on areas requiring additional focus or improvement.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, continuous learning, innovation, technical upskilling and professional development across the Global IT organization
