ABOUT THE POSITION Virtuos' Chengdu studio is looking for a Senior IT Manager to lead the studio's IT team and own the day-to-day delivery, reliability, and security of all studio technology. As a game co-development and content-production studio, our IT environment directly underpins art and engineering production.  The Senior IT Manager enables developers and staff to work productively and securely, while implementing Group IT strategy, standards, and security policy at the studio level. The role partners with peer studio IT Managers and Directors across the Virtuos group and reports into Group IT leadership. The overall mission is to let partners and staff work effectively while minimizing the time they spend on IT.
Responsibilities
Lead the Chengdu studio's IT team to ensure the reliability, security, and delivery of all studio technology. Implement Group IT strategies and security policies to enable developers to work productively while minimizing IT-related downtime.
