YOUR MISSION

Wandelbots develops an easy-to-use software platform that enables its users to easily program any robot. As part of the IT team, you will be responsible for the management and support of IT infrastrcuture, client hardware and software for Wandelbots employees, focussing on major operating system platforms and the cloud-based software stack. As an (Senior) IT-Operations Engineer @Wandelbots,

  • Ensure smooth IT operations for employees across infrastructure, devices, applications, and cloud-based services
  • Operate and optimize a SaaS-driven IT landscape with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune which also includes Service Desk activities
  • Develop and implement process automation and AI-driven solutions that make daily work simpler, faster, and smarter
  • Support and enable users with pragmatic and structured solutions, balancing efficiency with compliance
  • Collaborate across teams to understand requirements, improve workflows, and deliver IT value
  • Contribute to IT-related projects and help scale IT services in a growing tech environment

MINDSET & SOFT SKILLS

  • German (B2+) and English (B2+) language skills

Technical Skills

  • Several years of experience in IT Operations and Support in a modern, SaaS-driven environment
  • Strong knowledge in user, application, and client management with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune
  • Experience with Atlassian tool stack (Jira, Confluence) for tracking and documentation
  • Familiarity with networking and security concepts (VPN, IAM, firewall, routing)
  • Good grasp of endpoint and system administration (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • Basic experience with infrastructure and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, scripting, CI/CD, Kubernetes, monitoring)
