Lead the due diligence process and acquire knowledge of current Monitoring/Automation situation and future implementation projects
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current Monitoring Environment (SCOM and many other similar Tools Solarwinds) , Automation tools (SCORCH, Ansible) and asset inventory discovering (tools like Ivanti or BMC Discovery)
Identify and document all relevant processes, configurations, customizations, and integrations
