Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior IT/OT Infrastructure Project Manager in Visp (CH) to lead the implementation of a global Operational Technology (OT) domain supporting IT/OT separation, security improvements, and centralized identity management in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role focuses on strengthening OT security, authentication governance, and infrastructure resilience, while enabling centralized management of OT user accounts and integration with the enterprise MyAccess IAM platform. Key Responsibilities Lead planning and delivery of OT infrastructure projects supporting IT/OT domain separation Implement a global OT domain architecture aligned with enterprise security standards Improve authentication and authorization governance within OT environments Enable centralized OT user account management integrated with MyAccess IAM Reduce operational risk by eliminating legacy and end-of-life system dependencies Coordinate stakeholders across IT, OT, Engineering, QC, Logistics, and Security Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and reporting Ensure delivery aligns with IT security policies, GxP standards, and regulatory requirements Lead steering committee meetings and provide executive-level reporting Maintain project documentation, governance standards, and delivery tracking Qualifications Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience Strong understanding of IT/OT architecture, including identity, security, and infrastructure domains Experience implementing OT domain environments, IAM integration, or directory services Knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as servers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, data centers, and network security Experience working in regulated environments (pharmaceutical or similar industries) Familiarity with GxP, FDA compliance, and validation processes Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field PMP or Prince2 certification Fluent in English Additional Information WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN FUSION: At Fusion, you’ll join a diverse team of talented professionals from around the world, united by a passion for delivering impactful digital transformation in the life sciences industry.
