Job Description About the role The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives. In this role, you will lead a variety of different types of projects including launching new products and services, large-scale application development, systems integration, BPO arrangements, operational efficiency improvements, process engineering, and infrastructure upgrade and deployment. Status: Hybrid Key Responsibilities Accountable for defining, planning, orchestrating and delivering a given strategic initiative Ensures end results are of the highest caliber with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefit Directs large-scale, complex projects often involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrix partners Directly manages all parts for the project life cycle and works with matrix IT partners to oversee all SDLC phases of a project Rigorously manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed time, cost and quality parameters Qualifications Required: 7 to 10 years of IT Project Management Experience in a Multi National Company Bachelors degree in business, finance or technology PMP/PRINCE 2 or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Certification Required Skills you need to succeed: Proven experience with full scale ERP implementations and Oracle Fusion ERP implementations Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively with solid influencing skills Additional Information What We Offer Here's a glimpse of the great benefits you can expect: Comprehensive Benefits & Compensation: Benefit from a medical subscription, an annual performance bonus, and meal vouchers for each day worked.
