Whether electricity, natural gas, heat, or water – we supply everything from a single source. We are exceptionally versatile and are already preparing for the customer needs of tomorrow.

The following tasks await you:

  • You independently manage complex IT projects and programs throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • You plan, manage, and monitor projects with regard to time, budget, quality, and goal achievement.
  • You define project goals, scope, milestones and deliverables, and build the necessary project organization.
  • You coordinate resources and manage external service providers and suppliers.
  • You are responsible for risk, error and escalation management within your projects.
  • You manage various stakeholders and ensure transparent communication.
  • You ensure compliance with IT architecture, security, and compliance requirements.
  • You create management reports and moderate steering committees.
  • You support strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
  • You coach project managers and sub-project managers and contribute to the further development and standardization of project management processes.

You bring the following:

  • Completed university degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field, or equivalent qualification through several years of relevant professional experience.
  • At least 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in managing complex IT projects
  • Experience in leading transformation projects, ideally in the energy sector
  • Solid knowledge of classic and agile project management methods (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum)
  • Good knowledge of modern IT architectures, software development processes, and IT security and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in project planning and control, risk management, and contract and supplier management
  • Project management certification (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA, Scrum Master or Product Owner)
  • Strong communication and assertiveness skills, strategic and analytical thinking, conflict resolution skills, and an independent work style.
