This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior IT Project Manager in the United States. This role provides end-to-end management of complex IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication while coordinating internal teams, vendors, and third parties. The position requires driving multiple projects simultaneously, implementing best practices, and applying effective project controls. You will facilitate project closure with lessons learned, maintain project documentation, and provide insightful reporting to senior leadership. This is an ideal role for experienced project managers who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy delivering high-impact technology initiatives. Accountabilities: · Manage the full lifecycle of medium to large IT projects, from initiation through closure. · Develop, update, and maintain project plans, schedules, charters, status reports, and work breakdown structures. · Oversee scope, cost, schedule, resources, vendors, and contractual deliverables. · Identify, assess, and manage project risks while escalating issues as necessary. · Facilitate resolution of project-related conflicts and implement corrective actions. · Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and third parties to ensure alignment and coordination. · Track financials, performance metrics, and resource allocation for multiple projects. · Ensure adherence to corporate operational standards, quality measures, and best practices. · Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience with 4–6 years of IT project management. · Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred. · Experience with Microsoft Office, project management tools, root cause analysis, and stakeholder/vendor management. · Knowledge of Agile software development, Scrum, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices. · Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines under pressure. · Excellent communication skills with the ability to make recommendations to senior leadership. · Demonstrated ability to drive project performance and implement process improvements. · Competitive salary: $85,300 – $158,100 per year. · Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off. · Flexible work arrangements: remote, hybrid, field, or office-based schedules. · Opportunities for professional growth, mentorship, and skill development. · Inclusive and diverse work environment that encourages innovation and collaboration.
