Ihre Mission End-to-end-Steuerung eines Integrations-/Migrationsprojekts im Umfeld eines neuen Kernbankensystems – von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme ohne negative Kundeneffekte. Projektplanung, -steuerung & -kontrolle inkl. Reporting & Fortschrittsdokumentation Stakeholder-Management (Fach, IT, Partner), Risiko- & Qualitätsmanagement Koordination Near-/Offshore-Entwicklung; Sicherstellung Integrationsqualität Arbeiten in agilen Umfeldern (Jira/Confluence) Senior-Projektleitung in IT-Integrationsprojekten (Bankfachwissen von Vorteil) Migration/Integration von Business-Applikationen in komplexen Architekturen Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- & Führungsstärke; Englisch C1
