We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team in Buenos Aires. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting for high-end technical roles, hiring for Professional Service firms, working with startups and VC-backed companies, and sourcing candidates for long-term IT projects. This role requires a deep understanding of modern technical job roles, technologies, and hiring trends, along with expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media hiring, AI-driven recruitment platforms, and LinkedIn for sourcing and engaging top talent.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment with a focus on high-end technical roles.
  • Proven experience hiring for Professional Service firms and long-term IT projects.
  • Deep knowledge of modern IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Experience using ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar) for candidate management.
  • Expertise in AI-based hiring platforms and recruitment automation tools.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Twitter, and other professional networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Buenos Aires for 3 days per week and adapt to a hybrid work model as part of a high performing, growing team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-end IT and technology roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Identify, attract, and engage top IT professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, AI-driven recruitment platforms, in-person networking events, and direct outreach.
  • Professional Service Firm Hiring: Partner with Professional Service firms to recruit top technical talent.
  • IT Project Hiring: Source and recruit highly skilled candidates for long-term IT and technology-driven projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of modern IT job roles, programming languages, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, DevOps, AI/ML, data science, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • ATS & Recruitment Tech: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI-powered recruitment tools for candidate tracking and talent pipelining.
  • Social media & Branding: Develop and execute recruitment strategies leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Twitter, and other social platforms.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and leadership to define hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth screenings, technical interviews, and cultural fit evaluations.
  • Market Research & Trends: Stay updated with IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to attract top talent.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Implement best practices to attract and retain diverse IT talent.
