We are currently seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive end-to-end hiring for niche technology roles, partner closely with stakeholders, and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams. You will work closely with leaders to help identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates while delivering a thoughtful, inclusive, and well-organized hiring experience. What you'll be doing each day: Execute full-cycle recruiting for a diverse range of IT, technical, data, and business roles to support organizational growth Translate technical and functional requirements into clear job postings and candidate profiles Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities Communicate clearly and consistently with hiring managers and key stakeholders to keep them apprised of search status Source and screen candidates and applicants, presenting candidate slates inclusive of detailed write-ups and recommendations Support structured interview processes and coordinate candidate progression from initial outreach through offer Maintain strong candidate experience through timely communication and transparency Work creatively with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure positions are filled with highly talented candidates in a seamless manner Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, networking, and talent pipelines Coordinate and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of recruiting processes and the associated paperwork related to staffing, relocation, etc. Utilize online sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates Track and support recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, time to fill, and candidate conversion Contribute to nimble’s employer brand by helping articulate what we are building and why the work matters Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes Requirements Who You Are: 3 or more years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, with demonstrated experience and success recruiting technical roles such as engineering, product, or data Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening, cold calling, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and closing candidates selected for offer Ability to identify, engage, and hire technical talent across niche skills Experience working in an ATS, preferably Paylocity, with strong attention to data accuracy and follow-through Comfortable partnering with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and support structured, fair interview processes Curious and growth-oriented, with a desire to learn new technologies, techniques, and recruiting approaches Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple requisitions across multiple departments, hiring managers, and priorities at once Thoughtful communicator who values a strong candidate experience and clear expectations Resourceful and proactive, with a track record of improving processes and leaving systems better than you found them Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines Why nimble?
