We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join us!

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • College or University degree (either completed or in progress).
  • At least 4 years of experience in IT recruitment as a Recruiter.
  • Comprehensive and confident knowledge of IT-related positions and technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate and work independently while demonstrating proactivity, self-confidence, and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Expert proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook), as they are essential for daily tasks and operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in both English and Hungarian.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain effective relationships.
  • An innovative, curious, and positive personality with the ability to collaborate productively with the recruitment team and hiring managers.

PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS, PERSONAL TRAITS, EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in organizing and attending job fairs.
  • Involvement in employer branding activities.
  • Familiarity with developing and improving recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
  • Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing) to fill mostly IT positions, including roles related to the entire software development lifecycle, hardware, data, and product information.
  • Maintaining contact with candidates, scheduling interviews and meetings.
  • Handling general administrative and operational tasks related to recruitment.
  • Ensuring a positive experience for all candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft compelling job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
  • Identifying the most appropriate sources and channels to find top talent.
  • Working closely with the management and admin team to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Enhancing our brand awareness on the Hungarian IT market while also monitoring both local and international market trends.
  • Collaboration with recruitment agencies.
  • Participating in the planning and execution of recruiting and employer branding events (job fairs, career events).
