The Impact you will have in this role: IAM Tech Ops team is dedicated to ensure availability, security, and seamless operation of the organization’s IAM systems. We play a critical role in safeguarding corporate data and enhancing user experience by managing system upgrades, onboarding and offboarding processes, troubleshooting access issues, and implementing robust observability and monitoring practices. Through proactive support and continuous improvement, the team ensures secure and reliable identity services across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Assist in designing and implementing systems to discover and track certificates, keys, and cryptographic protocols across endpoints and servers. Support certificate lifecycle management processes for issuance, renewal, and expiration tracking. Work with endpoint and network data to identify crypto exposure points. Help build data pipelines aggregating telemetry from PKI systems, network scans, and cloud APIs. Use SQL and BI dashboards to analyze and present data for reporting. Collaborate with security and platform teams to align inventory outputs with risk assessments. Follow standards for crypto asset discovery and maintain data quality. Contribute to improving inventory coverage and reporting automation. KPIs & Success Metrics Inventory Coverage: Percentage of endpoints and servers tracked. Certificate Lifecycle Compliance: Timely renewal and expiration alerts. Data Accuracy: Maintain high-quality crypto asset records. Dashboard Usage: Support stakeholders in using BI dashboards. Reporting Timeliness: Deliver audit-ready reports as per schedule. Talents Needed for Success: Good understanding of PKI concepts (certificate basics, trust chains). Familiarity with data engineering principles and pipeline development. Basic SQL and BI dashboarding skills. Scripting knowledge (Python or PowerShell) for data collection. Understanding of networking fundamentals (topology, endpoints). Security awareness: cryptographic protocols and crypto agility concepts.
