The position offers a salary range of €74,400 to €81,200 gross per year – depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience.

In addition, you will benefit from extra special payments in the form of holiday and Christmas bonuses, according to length of service, which develop in stages: after six months 20%, after nine months 30%, after twenty months 40%, after thirty-two months 50% of the monthly salary.

Your tasks:

• Conception and further development of a global SecOps architecture (SIEM/SOAR, XDR, EDR) taking into account hybrid cloud scenarios.
• Conducting architecture reviews to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in complex system landscapes at an early stage.
• Embedding security guardrails into the entire enterprise landscape
• Ensuring that new applications and platforms are integrated into our monitoring system with "Secure by Design".
• Design of playbooks and automation workflows to massively reduce response times (MTTR).
• Prioritization and management of security topics (large projects, ad-hoc topics, backlog)

Your qualifications:

• Completed studies in computer science, IT security or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of practical experience in IT architecture with a strong focus on security operations or incident response.
• Mastery of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and knowledge of how security domains can be integrated into an overall strategy.
• Safe handling of enterprise security stacks (e.g., Microsoft, QRADAR, Qualys, Cyberwatch, or comparable Tier 1 solutions)
• High degree of personal responsibility, assertiveness and communication skills
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
