About the Assignment We are looking for a senior IT Security Consultant to support a multi-factor authentication (MFA) implementation within the banking industry. You will act as a technical subject-matter expert and driver, keeping momentum in the rollout and ensuring progress through a complex, hybrid IT landscape. The assignment includes troubleshooting, removing blockers, and helping the organization onboard employees to MFA while maintaining a clear end-to-end technical perspective. Job Description Act as technical driver in the MFA implementation and rollout (WHfB). Investigate issues, troubleshoot, and mitigate blockers to maintain delivery pace. Coordinate and drive technical activities end-to-end within your area of responsibility. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across IT and security to ensure alignment and progress. Create technical documentation and presentations for project members and management. Requirements Senior expertise in IT infrastructure and cyber security, with a strong focus on IAM/IAG and experience implementing MFA using WHfB in a complex IT landscape. Experience with on-prem and hybrid environments, including Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID. Proficiency across multiple platforms and technologies such as Oracle, IBM Mainframe, SQL, and similar. Experience acting as a technical project manager, driving tasks and deliveries end-to-end. Experience producing technical documentation and management-ready presentations. Fluent in spoken and written English. Nice to have Extensive experience working in complex infrastructure environments. Network knowledge including firewalls, proxies, and DNS. Broad experience with Microsoft on-prem infrastructure. Basic infrastructure scripting skills in PowerShell or similar. Experience with Splunk or similar tools for data extraction.
