We are looking for a talented Senior IT Service Delivery Leader, SAP CS and SD to join our team specializing in SAP S4HANA Customer Service module in Euro or United Kingdom This role is categorised as onsite with flexibility and open to candidates based in the UK and Europe where Cummins has a legal entity and must live within a commutable distance of a Cummins site. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * Drive standard-first SAP and Quantum solutions that optimize Service-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes across Europe & AME. * Strengthen integration between SAP Customer Service, S/4HANA Service, SD, and Salesforce Service Cloud, improving operational efficiency and data flow. * Enable business transformation by closing functionality gaps through smart configuration and scalable solution design. * Increase business value by maximizing use of standard SAP capabilities instead of custom developments. * Improve service operations stability through structured incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. * Act as a trusted functional expert and advisor for Service Operations, Aftermarket, and Customer Service stakeholders. * Build strong partnerships with global support teams, architects, and vendors to deliver robust, future-proof solutions. * Translate complex business needs into clear functional designs, enabling faster delivery and higher-quality outcomes.
