WHAT IS ON OFFER

Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for for a Senior IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team based at our Head Office in Liverpool, UK. You will be responsible for accepting, logging, and responding to IT support requests from across the AHK group. You will also be responsible for initial incident triage and troubleshooting before resolving the issue or escalating to the relevant team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
