Multiple Temporary Full-time roles available Play a critical role in making sure ICT systems are stable, secure, and ready for action for large-scale Election events Join a great team of individuals within a supportive environment About the Role The Senior IT Service Desk Officer will provide subject matter expertise on software and hardware solutions, and the deployment of these solutions to our head office, remote offices, call centres and count centres. The role is a full-time temporary position up to 12 months. We have five (5) vacancies to fill. The roles require full time on-site attendance. There may be after hours and there will be work from other locations required during peak operational periods. Strong technical knowledge including demonstrated understanding of computer hardware, end user software, telephony, audio-visual systems, networks, printing, Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365. Extensive experience in ICT deployments, including setting up office ICT, building new computers, configuring networks, upgrades, and decommissioning old equipment. Experience in procuring ICT hardware and software as the SME or technical expert. Experience working in an ITIL work environment. Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners. Satisfactory criminal Record check result.
