About the role We are looking for a Senior IT Service Specialist to join our team in Stockholm and take ownership of delivering a seamless IT experience across the organization. In this role, you will be key in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, working closely with global IT teams while supporting local needs and contributing to broader IT initiatives. This is an on-site role based in Stockholm, where being in the office everyday helps us collaborate closely, learn from each other, and build a strong culture. What You'll Work On Provide comprehensive IT support to the entire organization, handling 1st line support inquiries via phone and the support ticketing system. Support onboarding of new employees in the Stockholm office, ensuring timely setup and delivery of all essential equipment as well as other office related tasks, when capacity allows. Install, configure, and troubleshoot applications used across the ABAX organization. What We're Looking For Extensive experience as an IT Support or Service Engineer in a professional environment, with a proven ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Strong hardware troubleshooting skills, including laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals. Solid experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Office 365, Azure, and Entra. Hands-on experience with multiple operating systems, including Windows (10/11), macOS, and Linux, as well as mobile platforms (iOS and Android). Good understanding of IT security best practices, such as identity protection, MFA, endpoint security, and handling sensitive information. Fluent in Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Coding Test: You will complete a coding test to assess your automation and scripting knowledge. HM Interview: A follow-up interview with the Hiring Manager to further assess your technical skills, including Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile device support, Microsoft Azure, and IT security. Psychometrics: You'll complete a personality test and a logic/reasoning test. HR last round: A final interview with HR to discuss company culture, benefits, and other important details.
