DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

As a Senior IT Site Coordinator, you will be based at our Victoria Park head office and travel to our sites around Australia regularly. Your role will involve communicating with key stakeholders and evaluating the current IT infrastructure at each site and doing analysis to improve our broader IT technologies environment.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with key stakeholders through regular face to face interactions to build strong relationships and support successful project and site outcomes.
  • Assess business technology requirements and site capabilities, and coordinate the planning and delivery of technology activities to meet business needs and project milestones
  • Coordinate and schedule site mobilisations, demobilisations, and visits, including equipment and technical staff requirements, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of progress, risks, and key milestones.
  • Ensure solution requirements are clearly defined, agreed, and communicated across all business stakeholders.
  • Assist with budgeting and planning for business-initiated IT mobilisations and tenders.
  • Monitor technology changes and their impacts across projects and operational environments.
  • Provide leadership and support to team members, ensuring performance objectives and development goals are achieved.
  • Ensure IT operational documentation and monitoring systems are updated to accurately reflect the final ‘as built’ state following project completion.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical teams and the wider IT group to support end-to-end project delivery.
