Define the infrastructure design and ensure an efficient and effective setup until the operational Go-live. Contribute to the evolution of the infrastructure and technology landscape within the Bank including evaluating new technologies and introducing new infrastructure services (e.g.: cloud). YOUR CHALLENGE Responsible for transforming the infrastructure requirements of projects or products into architecture and design documents that serve as the basis for infrastructure configuration Responsible for ensuring that solutions meet and are setup according to all internal architectural standards and guidelines Act as First Point of Contact for projects and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) on infrastructure and middleware topics Support the end-to-end coordination of all the infrastructure related tasks across the different departments and teams Work with suppliers, making sure the technical characteristics for supplier-delivered capabilities are understood and assisting with the architectural integration of these concerns Active and close collaboration with the IT infrastructure architecture and individual engineering teams Act as link between the business departments, technical specialists, project management, line organisation, application managers and the IT infrastructure architecture Provide assistance in setting up new technology stacks YOUR PROFILE Proven experience in IT infrastructure across medium to large-scale projects, covering core infrastructure layers, security, performance, and capacity management Strong focus on quality management, operational resilience, IT security, and risk management Solid understanding of business analysis and requirements engineering processes In-depth knowledge of IT automation, infrastructure operations, portfolio modernisation, technology implementation, and ecosystems integration Good understanding of application integration architecture, security architecture, and related technologies and patterns Architecture foundation knowledge, including good knowledge of methods and new ways of working (Agile, DevOps & Continuous Integration, etc.), modelling principles and standards, and frameworks Familiar with service design, software development best practices, and solution architecture Independent, proactive, structured, and goal-oriented approach to work Wide-ranging, in-depth technical expertise for professional interactions with technical specialists Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience 5–10 years of experience in IT architecture, ideally across complex environments; experience in financial services is an advantage Trained in IT infrastructure architecture and familiar with project management methodologies, both waterfall and agile Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset English business fluent, both written and spoken; German skills are an advantage We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
