EDUCATION:

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration, or a related discipline
• Certification in areas such as business administration, management consulting, digital transformation, or a related field is a plus

EXPERIENCE:

• Prior experience in consulting, particularly in digital transformation or technology consulting, is highly appreciated
• Demonstrated experience in specific industries or sectors undergoing digital transformation is advantageous
• Project Management experience in managing projects, particularly those related to digitalization initiatives, is a strong plus

Technical Skills:

• A strong understanding of digital technologies and trends is essential. This includes knowledge of emerging technologies like data analytics, machine learning, business process automation, Low-Code / No-Code or Generative AI
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms used for digital transformation projects, such as project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira), data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack) or any other industry-specific software solutions
• General awareness in programming languages such as Python, Java, SQL is beneficial

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills for effectively liaising with stakeholders, facilitating collaboration among team members, and presenting project updates to senior management
• Strong problem-solving abilities for identifying and addressing challenges that arise during digitalization projects
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies for being ahead of curve in constantly evolving digital landscape
• The ability to motivate, mentor, and lead diverse teams for heading towards common objectives
