About the role We are seeking a Sr. IT Specialist to join our growing security team. We are creating more services that use AI technology to generate tremendous value for the world, and with the incredible speed of our customer growth, we need experienced and intelligent talent to strengthen cybersecurity across various stages of product development and collaborate with software development teams. You will also be responsible for information security and integration work within the group. Responsibilities Manage global IT Helpdesk operations with efficient ticket handling and quantifiable performance metrics Continuously optimize IT service delivery and user experience Oversee global company asset management and lifecycle tracking Operate Security Operations Center (SOC) to ensure secure IT operations across the organization Maintain and support network infrastructure across global offices Develop and execute Office Automation (OA) strategies and initiatives Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements Plan and control IT operations budget and cost optimization Lead small teams in project planning and execution Ensure IT operations compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements About You Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in IT operations or related fields Proven experience in IT Helpdesk operations and management Demonstrated ability to evaluate and select vendors and technology solutions Strong communication skills with proficiency in English and local language Experience leading and mentoring technical teams Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of AI applications to enhance operational efficiency and productivity Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, security certifications) #L1-RL1
