Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Specialist to lead and support the organization's technology infrastructure, cybersecurity initiatives, and digital transformation projects. This role requires a proactive professional with strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience working in high-capacity industrial environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of the company's IT operations while supporting business growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Cybersecurity & Resilience Implement and maintain a Zero-Trust security architecture. Strengthen cybersecurity controls, policies, and risk management practices to protect business operations. ERP & Operational Technology (OT) Integration Oversee the optimization and performance of the company's ERP system, with a strong focus on SAP. Ensure seamless integration and communication between ERP systems and business departments. Infrastructure & Digital Transformation Manage the transition to Hybrid Cloud and Edge Computing environments. Support the implementation of AI-driven predictive maintenance and other digital transformation initiatives. Vendor & Service Management Manage relationships with hardware, software, and technology service providers. Negotiate vendor contracts and service agreements to maintain high system availability and performance standards. Technology Operations Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networks, and related technology services. Ensure efficient technology support across the organization while promoting a collaborative and service-oriented culture. Qualifications: Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience Minimum 7 years of IT experience. At least 3 years of experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or heavy-industry environment. Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and firewall management. Experience with SD-WAN technologies and network infrastructure. Solid SQL Database Administration skills. Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Familiarity with cloud technologies, infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation projects. Leadership Competencies: Strategic Leadership Demonstrates a management-oriented mindset focused on planning, prioritization, and enabling team success. Business Communication Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and digital risks clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders.
