Responsibilities

WHAT’S THE ROLE?

We are looking for an MS Dynamics 365 System Specialist to manage and support our ERP system across technical and functional domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and hands-on experience with ERP configuration, like Human resources, Supply chain & Procurement, Financial Operations, integration, and support.
The objective of the role is improving the efficiency and productivity of Company’s operations using systems’ functions and modules.
The role is responsible for activities related to the design and implementation of Company enterprise information systems; troubleshoot and fix user issues; provide intelligence dashboards and reports; user training, including development of training materials and user procedures.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, and support integrations between the ERP system (Dynamics 365) and other internal/external systems, ensuring solutions leverage existing functionality before custom changes.
  • Analyze and design solutions to meet business requirements, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Supply Chain Management and Human Resources (HR) modules to support organizational needs.
  • Document and map the solutions towards the business requirements and user stories.
  • Identify security needs, develop security profiles, manage user access, and ensure compliance with Dynamics 365 system requirements and best practices.
  • Test ERP applications, create test data, address user testing issues
  • Prepare training materials and conduct the training sessions with end users
  • Proactively contribute during the planning and Project status sessions and meetings
  • Provide ongoing support for ERP applications, including applying patches, deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting configuration and data issues, and maintaining optimal system performance.
  • Support ERP data integrity, troubleshoot data issues, and assist with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis, including preparing management and financial reports.
  • Ensure data quality and seamless data transfer between Finance, Supply chain and HR systems through close collaboration with Business departments.
  • Configure and manage Dynamics 365 Modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and supporting efficiency in business operations.
  • Identify Dynamics 365 data sources to facilitate Power BI platform development.
  • Monitor application performance, optimize system functionalities, and actively contribute to ongoing ERP maintenance and improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of internal control measures to support accurate financial reporting and data management.
  • Configure and maintain financial structures in Dynamics 365 F&O, including account codes, legal entities, financial dimensions, and account structures to ensure accurate financial processing and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Dynamics 365 Finance configuration, including discrepancies in account mappings, intercompany setups, and ledger postings.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure the correct setup of legal entities and account structures, including example tasks such as defining chart of accounts and configuring financial dimensions for reporting.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial close processes by ensuring Dynamics 365 configurations align with accounting standards and organizational requirements.
  • Execute other responsibilities and projects as assigned by line or functional managers.
