The Role
Managed Services Provider (MSP) delivering IT support and managed internet services to a diverse range of clients. We are currently looking for a skilled and customer-focused Level 2/3 Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

We’re looking for candidates with at least 3 years of MSP experience, with proficiency in several of the following:

  • Remote monitoring & management tools (RMM)
  • Windows desktop and Microsoft Office Suite support
  • Office 365 setup, admin & troubleshooting
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012+ environments
  • Hyper-V & VMware
  • Network setups and internet connectivity (Leased Lines, FTTC, 4G, DSL)
  • Firewalls and VPN configurations
  • Email protocols (SMTP, POP3, IMAP)
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a frontline member of our support team, you will provide remote and on-site technical assistance to clients across a range of systems and technologies. You’ll work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment where your problem-solving skills and IT expertise will make a real impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide first and second-line support for client systems and networks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across desktops, servers, and network infrastructure
  • Configure and support internet connectivity solutions (Leased Lines, FTTC, 4G, DSL)
  • Support Microsoft Office 365 environments and on-premise Windows Server systems
  • Implement and maintain firewalls, antivirus solutions, and VPNs
  • Monitor systems using RMM tools and manage incidents via a ticketing system
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and contribute to improving internal processes
