Description

MedTech IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Healthcare IT Support Engineer (L2/L3) to join our Abu Dhabi team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Windows Server, Fortinet firewalls, VPN, Email systems, and healthcare solutions (MALAFFI, SHAFAFIYA). This role requires advanced troubleshooting, system implementation, and compliance support for healthcare IT environments.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of IT support experience (with at least 2 years in L2/L3 support).
  • Strong expertise in Windows Server installation & troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with firewall configuration (Fortinet preferred).
  • Knowledge of Email service configuration (Microsoft 365/Exchange/SMTP).
  • Proven experience in CCTV/IP camera configuration & maintenance.
  • Familiarity with MALAFFI, SHAFAFIYA, and ADHICS compliance.
  • Skills in networking, VPN setup, NAS storage, EPBX/IP phone systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities
  • Provide L2 & L3 IT support for healthcare facilities.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
  • Configure and manage Email services (Microsoft 365/Exchange/SMTP).
  • Manage firewalls (Fortinet preferred), VPNs, and secure network access.
  • Support and configure MALAFFI and SHAFAFIYA healthcare systems.
  • Configure, install, and troubleshoot CCTV/IP surveillance systems.
  • Handle ADHICS audit support and compliance requirements.
  • Manage EPBX telephone systems, IP phones, NAS storage, and network devices.
  • Provide proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalation support.
  • Ensure system availability, network security, and minimal downtime.
