ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you’ll be the go-to problem solver for all things IT at Yoco, ensuring our team stays productive and connected. You’ll take full ownership of support requests, troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, and networks (primarily macOS), and provide clear, step-by-step guidance to end users.
Beyond just fixing problems, you’ll help shape and improve IT processes by maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance, and escalating issues effectively. Your role is about more than just tech—it’s about keeping our people empowered, informed, and supported with a friendly and solutions-driven approach.
