Join Our TeamEagers Automotive is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior IT Support Officer to join our dynamic Enterprise Service Desk team in Perth.You’ll play a key role as the escalation point between our front-line IT Support staff and the IT Support Team Leader, provide expert technical assistance, mentoring, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. This hands-on role offers exposure to a broad range of technologies and the opportunity to grow within one of Australia’s largest automotive groups. What You’ll Do Provide Level 2–3 support to end users via phone, remote sessions, and in person Act as the escalation point for IT Support staff and guide them in best practice Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, onboarding/offboarding, and user audits Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and networking issues Coordinate hardware procurement, inventory, and e-waste disposal Maintain and update IT documentation, knowledge base, and team processes Lead monthly training and simulation sessions for the IT Support team Collaborate with senior internal IT teams to resolve major incidents   What You’ll Bring 3+ years’ experience in IT support within a medium to large environment Strong knowledge of Windows, Entra AD, Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, Intune, and general hardware troubleshooting Experience with networking and enterprise phone systems (Mitel desirable) Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, ConnectWise, or Xurrent Experience with Azure (desirable) Certificate III or higher in Information Technology (Bachelor’s degree desirable) ITIL v4 certification (highly desirable) Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Current driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally as required   What’s in It for You Competitive salary based on experience Work with one of Australia’s largest and most respected automotive groups Access to employee discounts on vehicles, servicing, and insurance Opportunities for career growth and professional development within a national IT network Supportive and collaborative team environment Exposure to a broad range of technologies and enterprise-scale systems   Why You’ll Love Working with UsAt Eagers Automotive, we’re driven by innovation and teamwork.
