QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT support or system administration
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and enterprise hardware
  • Advanced proficiency in Windows Server and Microsoft 365 platforms
  • Proven experience supporting hardware such as CCTV systems, GPS tracking tools, biometric devices, and printers
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and database integrations is a plus
  • Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure
  • Arabic nationals are preferred
Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our IT systems and services, including network management, server administration, user support, and hardware oversight. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technical operations and high system availability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and troubleshoot network systems, including configuration and maintenance of routers, switches, LAN/WAN infrastructure
  • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including user and group policies, access control, and performance monitoring
  • Provide hands-on support and configuration for:
  • CCTV surveillance systems
  • GPS vehicle tracking solutions
  • Biometric fingerprint attendance devices
  • Office printers and scanners
  • ERP software platforms
  • Manage user accounts and access within Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
  • Provide technical support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly
  • Document IT procedures, system changes, and support tickets for transparency and future reference
  • Ensure data security, backup management, and compliance with IT policies
  • Monitor and optimize IT assets to support operational growth and efficiency
