ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior IT Support Specialist to join our national IT team, supporting a fully cloud-based, Microsoft-centric infrastructure across the Dovida network. Based at our National Office, you will act as the senior technical escalation point, ensuring operational excellence through expert support, enterprise-grade security, and modern workplace automation.
In this role, you will work across Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Defender, and Entra to maintain system integrity, strengthen our security posture, and resolve complex technical issues. You’ll be instrumental in supporting a scalable and secure digital environment that empowers our aged care staff to deliver high-quality care.
You’ll join a collaborative IT team that values accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement, contributing to an environment that is secure, supportable, and designed for modern work.
