  • Respond to advanced (Level III) help desk requests and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Support and maintain our Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, including configuration, patching, and daily operations.
  • Monitor and maintain enterprise backups, including SQL databases.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software using automation tools.
  • Proactively monitor systems and respond to alerts and issues.
  • Document processes and procedures for continuity and disaster recovery.
  • Participate in system upgrades, maintenance, and on-call rotations.
